What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us by email — your name, organisation, contact details, and the description of your requirement. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; the website does not store the form contents.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use. We also offer optional Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand pages visited, navigation and selected conversion actions. Google Analytics is not loaded and does not set analytics cookies or send analytics requests unless you choose Accept analytics. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, document or file names, or confidential project identifiers to Google Analytics. You can refuse or withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing reloads the current page to stop the analytics runtime, and public content remains available either way.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to you and to assess a possible engagement. It is seen by the principal, not distributed to a sales operation, and is held in confidence.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and, where relevant, conduct an engagement, and thereafter only as required by applicable law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have provided. Write to office@ballista-trade.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
