Before publication, material claims are traced where possible to primary sources: procurement notices, regulatory acts, official programme documents, company filings, investor disclosures, public registers and the responsible institution. Secondary sources remain useful for context, chronology and signals that have not yet reached a formal disclosure.
When the underlying evidence changes, the dossier should change with it. Radar is intended to be a maintained industrial intelligence surface, not an archive of unverified headlines.
